Good performance requires, time, budget, and an openness to the changes I recommend, no matter how painful they may be for your team. I will ALWAYS work with you to find the happy middle-ground between the needs of your business and the requirements of the activities.

1. Grow and Educate

When I audit/analyze a website, my objective is to identify issues and recommend solutions that will improve your bottom line. But I also want to make sure you understand why each issue is important, and how you may be able to address them yourself in the future.

2. I will just look What Is Needed

I am usually being asked if I can reduce the size of my audits. I do not do this. The reason is because individual elements are part of a whole when it comes to digital marketing. Pages on a website are connected, a PPC campaign’s performance is based on more than just ad copy, and a proper analytics configuration is about more than just tracking code and setting up goals.

To see ROI from the cost of the performance, ALL areas of a website, campaign, backlink profile, or analytics installation need to be evaluated.
That said, I only look to what is necessary. For example, if your business doesn’t rely on Google News results, I won’t look that.

3. 50% Payment Up-Front, Why?

I will be spending huge amount of time and energy into every activity, and I need to make sure I am protected. Research, evaluation, interpretation, recommendations, and then formatting the final document are all requirements. That’s why I ask for 50% of the payment to start the work, and the remaining 50% upon delivery. I can also offer a 10% discount off the price of my services if you can pay in full up-front.

4. Need Access to Relevant Accounts to help you

I will need to request Full access to the accounts necessary to complete the type of activity you are requesting. These are as follows:

SEO:

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Website Access, any backlink software you use, Local Listings Access (Google My Business, Yelp, Bing Local, etc.),

Analytics:

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Website Access.

Digital Marketing:

Google AdWords, HubSpot or any Digital Marketing software you might be using.

I am willing 100% to sign any NDAs to rest assured your data won’t be shared with anyone. And I will ask to be removed once the job is complete.
